In Abundant Soul, Abundant Life, Ghary David Won invites you to shed ego-driven ideals and rediscover a life led by purpose, gratitude, and the God Source within. A timely guide for those seeking fulfillment beyond material success, this is your call to reawaken.
Won redefines what it means to live an abundant life, arguing that,
rather than focusing on material success, we may be better served by living with purpose, abandoning ego-driven ideas, and expressing intense gratitude. He provides a range of solid examples from his own life while exploring how our experiences, encounters, and personal beliefs impact the way we interact with the world around us.
Won’s writing is complex and abstract, requiring purposeful thought to unpack at times, but reflective questions at the end of each chapter help readers consider what he is expressing. His ideas are energetic and dynamic, asking readers to challenge their belief system and their reactions to situations.
Abundant Soul, Abundant Life gently nudges readers to reconsider
conventional thinking on success, and Won studies unique elements
vibrational frequencies, the connection between emotional state and
manifestation, the necessity of helping others for our own success—that readers will appreciate.
“Won’s enthusiasm is obvious throughout his writing, and
his encouraging tone challenges readers while still maintaining empathy for their
experiences and worldview. The God Source, he asserts, is our point of origin,
and his idea that self-love drives not just individual happiness but also a greater
sense of community is a timely subject.”

Booklife/Publisher’s Weekly Review
“We bring to us that which we are, not what we want” writes Won in this inspiring spiritual debut, sharing his journey to finding happiness and tapping into the “God Source.” Won opens by pointing out the illusion of life—“that our experience here in this physical world is what we call ‘real’… and that our main purpose is to acquire things”—and prescribes its antidote as a path of self-discovery that revolves around authenticity and love. Won explores the practice of manifesting, the importance of journaling, and how “being honest with ourselves” can lead to true bliss.
As Won shares personal anecdotes and his own struggles with being seen, being true to himself, and finding happiness, he provides actionable steps to aid readers in pursuing their own abundant lives. “By deciding to move from using our ego to one of authenticity, we give up the unnecessary struggle,” Won writes, explaining that, by existing in the ego, most people focus entirely too much on fears of failure and rejection, struggling to escape their own head and getting bogged down by internalizing what others think of them. He also delves into the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious, explaining how all three areas of the mind “influence our actions and outcome in the manifestation process.”
The material is often abstract and complex, as Won touches on themes that include grief and death, finances, authenticity, and more, but he capably breaks down even the most perplexing topics in language that simplifies while it enlightens. At the end of each chapter, Won includes questions to help readers explore, through journaling and self-reflection, how his guidance can be personalized. For readers intrigued by the metaphysical, Won provides the steps to discover their path to happiness and the tools to meet the challenges of the road ahead.”

Blue Link Review
“A dedicated explorer of the human spiritual saga” discusses how to tap into positive vibrational energy for living authentically, generously, and joyfully.
According to author Ghary David Won, who was once homeless for ten months, abundance comes down to two simple questions: Once this present existence ends and “we return to Source…we [will be] asked, “Did you experience and express Love fully while you were there, and did you have fun?” To answer “Yes!” he posits, requires believing one is worthy, forgiving
anyone who challenged that worthiness, and discovering one’s purpose.
With the help of Dr. Wayne Dyer, Neil Donald Walsh, and Joseph Campbell, among other mind/body/spirit superstars, Won explains how the ego makes this so hard, stoking fear, procrastination, and self-sabotage. A positive attitude is the only way to change the dynamic: “Every moment of the day, we are expressing either positive or negative energy and putting it out into the world. Regardless of which it is, the law of manifestation will bring it about.”
Many readers will be attracted to this book for its promise of “abundance,” often understood as “money.” Yet, Won’s program is about much more than getting rich. He offers a route to deep healing and true fulfillment which results in having all that’s necessary: “We will study the importance of living
an authentic purpose-driven life, the deeper meaning of gratitude, and how our self-worth directly influences our level of abundance.”
The familiar basics of vibrational energy are covered—the Law of Attraction, flow, and bliss—but he presents the actions and choices one must make with refreshing simplicity: “So always choose love over fear. Happiness over melancholy.” He doesn’t always succeed at simplifying; some of the writing
is obtuse and wordy. Happily, he includes many probing questions for reflection and a concise summation of the concepts at book’s end.
For anyone looking for lasting wealth, Won’s advice is of excellent value.
Embrace the journey of realizing your potential and take the first step toward transformation.
